Booking & Appointments

By booking an appointment with Jenn Owen, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Please read them carefully before your visit.

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email or phone number you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For color services, we require at least 48 hours' notice. For all other services, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or a deposit being required for future bookings.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Redo Policy

Your happiness with your hair is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the result of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will arrange a complimentary redo.

Please note the following conditions apply:

  • The redo request must be made within 7 days of the original appointment date.

  • The redo covers corrections to the original service only — it does not apply to a change of mind regarding style, color, or length after the service has been completed to your specification.

  • Redos are not available for services where the client has since altered their hair at home or through another salon.

  • We may ask you to come in for a consultation before scheduling your redo appointment so we can fully understand your concerns.

To request a redo, please get in touch directly via our contact page or by phone. We will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

Color Services

Color results can vary depending on your natural hair color, previous treatments, and hair condition. We will always carry out a thorough consultation before any color service, but we cannot guarantee identical results to reference photos, as every client's hair responds differently.

A skin patch test may be required at least 48 hours before certain chemical treatments. It is your responsibility to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities prior to your service.

Liability

Jenn Owen takes every precaution to deliver safe and professional services. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from products used if you have failed to disclose relevant allergies, medical conditions, or any previous chemical treatments applied to your hair prior to your appointment. Accurate disclosure of your hair history is essential to ensure the safest and best possible results.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide — including your name, contact details, and hair history — is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you. We do not share your information with third parties.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
